Pastoral Care is a priority of the clergy of St. David’s. Because hospitals generally do not inform the church when a parishioner has been admitted, it is important to notify the church if you, or someone you know, are in the hospital or are scheduled to be admitted to the hospital for a surgery (even same-day surgery) or for a longer stay. In addition, St. David’s clergy are available for counseling in times of crisis, grief, despair, or for spiritual guidance and questions of faith and Christian practice. St. David’s also wants to be a continuing presence in the lives of those who are homebound or who have otherwise lapsed in their worship at St. David’s.
