Music plays an integral part of the social, liturgical and spiritual life at St. David’s Parish. Steeped in our strong Anglican identity is a history of music and fine musicianship. Called to serve our growing and diverse community, we bring this tradition to our prayer and bring other musical traditions into our prayer and liturgical life. The 10:00 am Eucharist celebrates the rich history of Anglican celebration through hymnody, chant, service music, and sacred music led by our professional choir.

The Saint David’s children choirs perform once a month during our 10 am service and meet once a month (generally the first Thursday) to rehearse music and work on vocal technique, followed by a pizza party. Please speak with Rob Church, our Minister of Music for more information.

Throughout the year Saint David’s hosts a variety of special concerts including Caroling with the Welsh Society of Washington, Lessons and Carols with the British Embassy of Washington, choir ensembles, and music recitals. Please check our calendar of events for a full listing or contact the office for more information.
