Saint David's is seeking a dynamic DFO to manage finance, office administration, and facilities — someone who enjoys solving organizational puzzles and using financial information to help the church thrive in its mission.

Financial leadership: Oversees day-to-day bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and reporting alongside the Treasurer and Finance Committee
Office management: Maintains the parish database, HR functions, and vendor contracts
Facilities oversight: Partners with Building & Grounds on space use, contracts, and upkeep; supervises sexton staff
Team member: Collaborates with staff and clergy and shows up for parish life, not just the job description
Full-time (¾ time considered)
Salary Range: $70–85,000
